Due to the stressful working environment, many Hong Kong people have poor sleeping quality, especially the students and the working class. Sleeping posture is one of the main reasons which affects sleeping quality. A good sleeping posture can let people sleep better. This project aims to study sleeping postures, raise public health awareness, and recommend correct sleeping postures to help Hong Kong people improve the sleeping quality.
This project aims to disseminate and share the information on the knowledge of sleeping postures through lectures, and various media such as apps, booklets, and posters. Using geometric visual style to represent the simple and clean ideas to encourage people to have good sleeping postures.
