From the 1950s to nowadays, numerous designs of rubbish bins have emerged and this pragmatic and cultural item is remained in its subtle existence to support the cleanliness. In this project, we wish to bring Hong Kong's rubbish bins to the spotlight of appreciation in the market and through different media.
10 designs of rubbish bins were selected to be merged as a robotic figure to be launched in the market as lots of ‘kidults’ still maintain their childishness and are attached to toys, figures and robots. Supported by stories, information cards and animations, our content marketing strategy is to make use of Instagram and the Pinkoi platform to promote the products.
